1. Blade head design

The blade head adopts a classic cross-shaped cutting edge layout, with four blades distributed symmetrically. During drilling, it can simultaneously achieve the "crushing - cutting - slag removal" triple functions. The tip of the blade head is specially chamfered, which can effectively disperse the impact stress and avoid blade breakage or stuck problems when drilling through hard rocks or cinder layers.

2. Core advantages

(1) Efficient drilling: The cross-shaped blade head has an appropriate contact area with the working face. The crushing resistance during drilling is 30% lower than that of ordinarycharacter-shaped drill bits. For high-temperature blast mud, granite, limestone, etc. with hardness ranging from f8 to f12, the drilling efficiency is increased by more than 25%.

(2) Stable and reliable: The symmetrical structure design effectively reduces the deviation amplitude during drilling. The verticality error of the drilled hole is ≤ ±1.5mm/m, ensuring the drilling accuracy of the blast furnace iron outlet and reducing the risk of iron water leakage faults.
