Blast Furnace Drill Pipe

Blast furnace drill rod is a core bearing component for tapping hole opening, slag cleaning and maintenance operations of blast furnaces in the metallurgical industry. Specially designed for matching blast furnace tap hole openers and furnace dismantling machines, it is integrally forged from high-strength alloy structural steel, with precision-machined connecting threads (external thread/internal thread adaptable) at both ends, which can be quickly and accurately connected to blast furnace drill bits and shanks. Core-adaptable to various blast furnaces of 1000-3200m³, used in high-temperature operation scenarios such as blast furnace tap hole opening, furnace refractory crushing, and slag cleaning. It has core characteristics of high temperature resistance, strong torsion resistance, wear corrosion resistance and firm connection, and can withstand high-temperature impact above 1200℃ and high-pressure operation load, ensuring continuous and stable production of blast furnaces.
