Core drilling tool specially for rock drilling in metallurgical blast furnaces and mines, compatible with hydraulic/pneumatic rock drills, furnace dismantling machines and full-spec blast furnace drill rods. The head is inlaid with multiple tungsten carbide button teeth, featuring four core characteristics: ultra-high wear & impact resistance, high precision without hole deviation, high temperature resistance & anti-slag adhesion, high-efficiency rock breaking & slag discharge. It is the preferred drilling tool for blast furnace tapping, hard rock breaking in furnace dismantling and deep hole drilling in mines, perfectly replacing traditional blade tooth bits with a 5-6 times longer service life .

The button teeth are made of YG series tungsten carbide, with a hardness of HRA91-92 after high-temperature sintering, and the inlay precision of the tooth head is controlled within 0.02mm, with excellent torsion, tensile and impact resistance. Compared with traditional blade tooth bits, the non-grinding service life is increased by 5-6 times, and it can drill continuously for 12 hours in granite rock formations with f=12, far exceeding the industry average of 8 hours, greatly reducing the replacement frequency and cost of drilling tools.
